In 2007, Alastair and Sue, and Paul and Leony set off in search of a holiday home that they would never tire of visiting.

We found Villa Oleander in need of some love but with the most perfect view - almost as if Mougins Old Village was founded just for us, and then added the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains for good measure. It is this 5 star view that we have strived to match in everything else that we have done.

Villa Oleander is 20 minutes drive from a Nice International Airport and less than 20 minutes walk from the wonderful restaurants and galleries of Mougins.

We are delighted to share this wonderful environment with our guests.

Villa Oleander has 3 ensuite bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. It is perfect for a family or a group of friends, and young children are very welcome. We also accept well behaved dogs on approval.

The experience was wonderful!

We spent a month staying at Villa Oleander and the experience was wonderful and everything that was advertised. Dealing with the owner and property manager was excellent. The villa is located in a fantastic area with great views of the old town of Mougins. I would highly recommend booking Villa Oleander if you plan a trip to the South of France.

We most highly recommend Villa Oleander.

Our family of two adults and two children stayed at the villa for our summer vacation in 2023 and eagerly returned for a longer stay a year later. These were wonderful holidays in our favourite part of the world. While the sun, Mougins and the usual day trips all helped to make it memorable, the outstanding qualities of Villa Oleander were key to all our family being able to relax in luxury, safety and comfort.
When one books a villa, one hopes that the reality will match expectations. One worries that, upon arrival, the scale and condition of the villa will not match the impressions given by photographs, or that positives of the property will be compromised by negatives in the local environs. When we first arrived at Villa Oleander, all such risks disappeared. There was good news on the size of the rooms, the quality and condition of the furnishings, the helpfulness of the local property manager, the privacy of the property, the amenity of the neighbourhood and the cleanliness of absolutely everything.
We all loved Villa Oleander. We all swam every day. We all looked forward to our return the following year and then enjoyed it all over again.
