In 2007, Alastair and Sue, and Paul and Leony set off in search of a holiday home that they would never tire of visiting.

We found Villa Oleander in need of some love but with the most perfect view - almost as if Mougins Old Village was founded just for us, and then added the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains for good measure. It is this 5 star view that we have strived to match in everything else that we have done.

Villa Oleander is 20 minutes drive from a Nice International Airport and less than 20 minutes walk from the wonderful restaurants and galleries of Mougins.

We are delighted to share this wonderful environment with our guests.

Villa Oleander has 3 ensuite bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. It is perfect for a family or a group of friends, and young children are very welcome. We also accept well behaved dogs on approval.

Stunning!!!!

We have just returned from a fabulous week at this truly beautiful Villa. The location, views and grounds are breathtaking and the photos do not do it justice!. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the terrace each morning and our afternoon swims in the stunning pool. The pool house is super too for a little shade and the fridge is handy for cold refreshments. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return!!

Stunning Villa

The most beautiful villa with breathtaking view of Mougins. The owners are extremely helpful and we have just spent the most fantastic week here in a fabulous location. Not often are expectations surpassed but they were here.

Fantatstic Rental

Everything was wonderful about this villa. The position , the views, the facilities! The manager, Emma was so lovely whilst being professional and helpful. It was clean and beautifully furnished and the owners had thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. We especially loved the table tennis table! I would highly recommend.
